Returns:

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just email us within 10 days of receiving your jacket at returns@nonoolyons.com quoting your order number and stating the item you would like to return and why.

We will then provide you with a code for your return and a shipping reference for your return. Returns and exchanges within the US are free.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchasers credit card.All sales taxes are refundable.
Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time.
This can vary greatly between card issuers.

Colors
We have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible however computer monitors may vary and we cannot guarantee your computer will reflect exact color.

Quality Control
All items are designed and manufactured in Manhattan under our supervision and are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to dispatch.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
Free returns do not apply if returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.
We prefer that you return the items via UPS however you may return the goods by any secure means.

Where provided items should be returned in their original packaging.
